We offer a wide range of services to cover all your bookkeeping needs.
I offer daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and end of year bookkeeping to suit the needs of your business. General bookkeeping includes reconciliation of the bank, the input of sales and purchase invoices and keeping track of all those receipts you haven't got the time to sort through.
Whatever it is you need, I can accommodate. Whether just one of the above or all.
I will calculate and submit Monthly, quarterly or yearly VAT returns, depending on how your VAT is set up. With a strong background knowledge of all things VAT the different rates and what can and can't be claimed, rest assured your VAT is safe with me.
Whether your payroll is run weekly, monthly or annually, I will make sure it is submitted on time and you're aware of any PAYE owed so you can get up to date with Hmrc as quickly as possible. You will receive payslips, P60's, P32's as and when required.
Silent accounts department
I offer a unique 'silent accounts department' service. This means I raise sales invoices and chase them up when they're overdue for payment.
I would receive all purchase invoices and ensure these are paid on time to keep a good relationship with suppliers.
One way to keep this inside your business, would be to set up an email address corresponding to your business that will allow me to pose as one of 'the team'.
This option isn't for everyone and can be done to a minimum, or I can fulfil just as much as you'd like me to from the above. Just let me know what it is you'd like and I will help to achieve this goal.
Management Accounts are a sure fire way for you to ensure I'm keeping up to date with your bookkeeping. These can be provided monthly or quarterly including an expected tax provision so you know when it comes to paying corporation tax, you've kept enough aside to cover it.
CIS is important for all construction workers to consider. I have an extensive knowledge of what is classed as being liable for a CIS deduction and can submit CIS returns for you on time without you having the worry of forgetting.
CIS returns are to be submitted monthly and have a strict deadline, the amounts payable are due with PAYE and paid together. If you have gross status, it's important to keep that by filing the correct returns by the due date each month.
